I'm going to teach you how to use one of the most powerful tools on the internet: Google Forms. Now, a lot of people don't know about all the things that you can do with Google Forms, so I'm going to go over everything from creating surveys to collecting data and even making quizzes. The most popular use cases for Google forms are creating questions, surveys, orders, registration, feedback, and assessments. You can access Google Forms from your Google Drive menu. Creating a form is very similar to creating docs, sheets, and slides. 1. Create a new Google Form by clicking the Google Drive menu and choosing Forms. 2. Press the plus sign and give your Google form a name. 3. You can write your first question here. 4. choose from a list of options for your answer. You can choose multiple choices, short answers, dropdowns,s and many more. You can also choose file upload as an option. 5. You can decide if a question is required or not. Next, you can add a new question, video, photo, or section to your Google Forms. Once you are done creating your form, you can change the theme. The theme allows you to change fonts, and colors and upload an image on top. You can then choose preview to look at your live form. If everything looks good, you can press send. You can choose to send it directly from Google forms to email addresses or copy the URL. Finally, you can view your responses to the form from the responses menu.
